Room Reservation Request
Need a room for a business presentation or club meeting? How about a birthday or holiday party? Convenient to reach and off the heavily traveled roads. Our Lodge building has a well-lit room with a kitchen area, commercial ice machine, and a serving bar - all available to our community. CHECK THE "CALENDAR" PAGE FOR OPEN DATES.
Fill out and submit the form below to request a reservation for the Community Room. The Lodge member responsible for reservations will receive your request and contact you within a week to verify the date requested. Our usual donation is $250 a day (cash only) with a separate $100 (cash only) refundable cleaning deposit. All requested reservation dates are confirmed only upon receipt of the donation and the separate payment of the $100.00 (cash only) cleanup deposit. Thursdays that do not fall on a holiday (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter) are not available after 4:00PM due to our regular lodge meetings.
The room will comfortably hold up to 60 people and offers cooking facilities, ice machine, serving bar, 10 large rectangular (6 per table) and 2 round tables and 60 cushioned chairs, rest rooms, and more.
